60 Days Easy Return

General Item Return Policy 

In most cases, items shipped from Wigyy Wigs may be returned within 60 days after delivery, or 90 days after shipment when the delivery date cannot be traced. Orders sent to Brazil or Russia can be returned within 100 days after shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with the shipment date and other order details. Certain products may carry different policies or requirements.

Please reach out to us before returning a defective item so we can provide the return shipping address and further instructions.

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of placing your order, please contact Customer Support within 30 days of the order date.

 60 DAYS PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Did your item arrive damaged, different, or not working? If so, you are covered and may file a claim. The steps are listed below.

  1. The merchandise is damaged, different, not working, or has another problem. 
  2. Within 60 days of receiving the product, contact us with a photo or video describing the issue and let us know whether you prefer a refund or a replacement.
  3. We will review the claim and follow up if we need additional information.
  4. Once approved, we will issue a refund or resend the item.
  5. All items must be returned in their original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached in the original packaging), as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please ensure the wig is INTACT and that the LACE has NOT been cut.
  6. If the product arrives damaged, different, or not working, Wigyy will cover the return shipping fee. If a customer chooses to return a product for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that your returned item has arrived. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a set number of days.

These Terms of Service, along with any separate agreements under which we provide you services, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of HK.
