Delivery time depends on the production time and the destination country. Most of our products list a production time on the shipping info page, so please review it before placing your order.

Yes, human hair products can be dyed. You can dye the hair to a darker shade — White, Platinum Blonde, and light grey are the best base colors when going darker. Wash the wig first to remove any styling products, then let it dry for a few days before you begin.
If you’d like to bleach our human hair products at home, please note that only our Natural Black color can be bleached. No other colors can. Wigs share this trait with natural hair: bleach damages a wig just as it damages regular hair.
Synthetic hair products cannot be dyed with regular hair dye. We strongly advise against dyeing a synthetic product, as it may cause irreparable damage.
